Nam Anh Inter Co., Ltd (Isea Marine old name) strongly focus on training&education. We know training is main core of each manning agency who provided qualified crew to Principal. The education and training of seafarers is an important issue, in order to maintain and develop the level of knowledge and skills in the maritime sector as well as in the interest of maritime safety. 

Our office located inside Hai Phong Polytechnic College equipped with highly Maritime simulator/training facilities where trained/educated thousand Seafarers each year. This is our advantage compare with other manning that we can use training facilities for our crew as owner requirement that we have full Agreement with HPC.
